              Andrew Weston

              Andrew is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist who has worked with a wide range of clients including Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, Vodafone, KPMG, The Environment Agency, The Department for Work and Pensions, and a number of global oil and gas companies.

              He has managed a wide variety of projects, primarily aimed at delivering widespread organisational change with an emphasis on equipping organisations for future growth. Recent projects include the design and delivery of assessment and development centres, the facilitation of leadership development events, and the provision of coaching; all of these were particularly aimed at supporting senior managers during challenging times.
